Finally, medical was submitted to CIC last December 23, 2015.

You dont have to apply the Police clearance from your employer but from the Federal authority in QATAR.. Here is the link that may help you http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/qatar.asp
