police clearance

I came from the US before i entered Canada. I already did my fingerprint before I entered Canada. Since then, I did not go back to the US. Do I still need to provide police clearance from the US?

Dear all,

Me and my wife got medical request Feb 26. I have new baby born on Feb 27, 2012. I did my medical on March 5.

But My wife didn't do the medical still now because of her health condition. I updated my file (add baby) and send to Ottawa on April

02, 2012. It is more than 2 months, still I didn't get Medical request for my baby. I am planning to do medical my wife and my baby

together. My question is Have any expiry date for the Medical request ?. Please suggest me what i am going to do ?

Yes, of course. If you lived there for at least 6 months, you need an FBI clearance dated no more than 3 months before you submit your application...
