Can you get a medical and police certificate clearance done before marriage or is a marriage certificate required to get these services done in India? She lives in India and I am going in Feb to get married. I am from Canada.

You can get it any time but its better to get it done near the time you apply because it usually expires in six months so a fresh police certificate is better than a few months old.
