I am stuck in a loop with my PCC from Kuwait. I had submitted my CEC Application after i got my ITA and submitted it on 01 May 2021. Everything I had was accurate and well detailed. I had everything prepared beforehand including my PCC from Kuwait. I have been in Kuwait for my 18 years of age until I moved to Canada for study.
Now coming to the issue, Since I have no family in Kuwait no more I went through the global PCC agency that helps you acquire a PCC from Kuwait. I submitted that PCC with my application as they asked. The PCC had an error in my name as my last name was not correct and my place of birth was entered as Pakistan even though it is Kuwait. My birth certificate from Kuwait , my passport and even my Civil ID from kuwait all have the correct information. but in the visa office in kuwait ( like the visa stamp that they put on your passport) made this clerical error which was like never noticed by me or my parents as everything else was correct. so now when they generate my PCC it shows that clerical error. I explained all this in a LOE to the IRCC but they still have asked me to submit a new copy of my PCC again before August 29th 2021.
i have asked the embassy of kuwait for help on this matter but they called back saying they cannot help me at all. I have no family in kuwait that can go in and get the corrections made on my behalf on my visa so that the next PCC generated is accurate. I have asked help from the agency that helped me and they have said that the error is on the visa data and not on the PCC so they cant help me. At the moment there are also no visit visa allowed for Pakistanin nationals to kuwait so i myself cannot go there anymore. So basically, i have no way of reaching them to ask for the correction in the next 26 days and also even if I get a PCC again it will still be incorrect with the same errors.
Could anyone advise what I should do as I see all doors shut.
