Police clearance from multiple cities

Hi, am from Pakistan, lived in city A from 1995 (since I turned 18) to present day, while for two years 2003-2005 i lived in city B for my Masters degree and then returned to City A. I have police clearance certificate from city A stating my clear record and that i lived here from 1995 to current date. I am also arranging police certificate from city B for period 2003-2005. For these two years (2003-2005) the period on my certificate of City B over laps with my certificate of City A, I need to know if its a problem. Further I also need to make sure that certificate is required from 18 years of age and not for the preceedibg period, would appreciate response, thanks
