Hi all,
I submitted my PR application through PNP and now IRCC are requesting police check from India where I have never been to. From the letter, they require the documented must be submitted within 60 days. Any one got any idea to report that issue? Contact IRCC by someway?
Thanks for reading my post

They usually require the new one. You should get working in this.

Sounds like a mistake on the IRCC's part, but... just to be sure... you're telling us you never stepped foot in India?

Did you accidentally list it in the "Your Travels" disclosure form?

It doesn't matter if you're Indian or not - they need to know exactly where you've been and they need a PCC for every country you've stayed in for six months or more. If you didn't stay in India for six months or more, then yep it sounds like an error on their part (or an accidental typo on your disclosure) and you should raise a webform.

Thanks for your input. It seems like a IRCC mistake or something. I have been living inside Canada the whole time since 16 yrs old and I don't live anywhere over 6 months. I sent a review request on webform enquiry to IRCC so hopefully they will contact me soon.
