Police clearance for express entry

I got ITA to apply for PR.
Confusion regarding the PCC. Police clearance certificate.

I came to Canada when I was 17 years of age. I needed a Guardian letter from my uncle here as I was under aged.
Will I still need to submit the PCC from back home?

you only need one from countries where you lived after turning 18 for 6 months or more on a cumulative basis - if that's not the case then you don't need one. Simply upload a LOE that articulates this to be on the safe side.
