Police clearance for a stay more than 10 years ago

Dear All,

After receiving ITA for express entry, I am in the process of filling in application forms.

From my home country, after turning 18, I traveled and lived in another country A for almost a year, more than 12 years ago. So this stay/travel does not appear appear in both address and travel histories. Am I required to include Police Clearance Certificate from country A in the application documents?

Any leads would be helpful.

Yes you must provide it. You must get a PCC from each country where you have spent six or more months in total since the age of 18.

Try going to the embassy of country A. They may provide police clearance.
