Police clearance - expired ?

Hi,

Our package was returned from the CIC for forgetting to write the name in back of one of the picture. The police clearance is dated September 18th. The CIC did stamp the original package on Nov 25th which is within the 90 day limit. Will they use Nov 25th as a date of reference or will we need to get a new police clearance ?

Unfortunately in SOuth Africa, for some reason, getting a poilice clearance takes months.

Can I still send the package in with a promise to send the new police clearance at a later time ?

They didn't request another police certificate, so don't put any notes in the return package. Just send what CIC/CHC requested.
