Police Clearance Check

Hello,

So, do I have to get a Canadian Police Clearance Certificate for my PR application?. Because, cic says that its not needed for Canada.

Hey, I have this doubt too, but my lawyer requested me to complete it any way. So I did, just not sure if I did the right thing. I applied for finger prints and they said they will send me the certificate by post in 3 business days. It was around $50.00 to get it done. Any one with expletive can comment, it will be helpful.

all in land applicant are not requested to submit RCMP report unless the officer ask for, if you have it and adding it to your file will just speed the process of back ground check
