I am seeing an issue with the CIC.GC.CA application, not sure if it is an issue or not. Below is my background and observation.
I am living in the US since 2008 Aug 22. I have received ITA a month back and I am in the process of filling it in.I have completed all the sections and i am in the process of uploading documents.
Under my name i just see one option to upload police clearance certificate and this is something I am seeing recently. Earlier I saw 2 options (one for PCC from Indian Embassy and another for FBI).
Note - My wife still have 2 options to upload the clearance (she came to the US in 2013 Sept).
Is this a bug or that they just need clearance from FBI as I have been living in US for over 10 years now.
If this persist, should I scan both the clearance certificates as one document, and upload, and explain it in the client letter?
Anyone who knew anything about this issue, please advice.
