My company had filed an ICT work permit for which i had obtained a Police Clearance Certificate from India and US.
The Indian PCC was issued on March 13th 2022 and does not have any expiry date, but mentions that it was for work related immigration, can i use the same certificate to file for the ITA documents or should i get a new one? Please note that I have to file all ITA documents by September 1st week.
Whereas my FBI PCC(US PCC) was issued dated May 1st, 2022 which was used for filing my ICT. For filling my ITA documents, should i get a fresh one or use the same.
Please suggest.
