Police Clearance Certificate

Hi,

Me and my husband are applying for PR this time, and we need the PCC's as well. We stay in Mumbai.
I am basically from Haryana, and my passport was issued from Chandigarh, and my husband's Passport from Mumbai, as he is a resident of Haryana.

1. Is it preferable to get the PCC from the Regional Passport Office, will that save time?

2. Am I suppose to get it from my Regional PAssport Office in Chandigarh, or I can get it from Mumbai Passport Office.

Hi silkymalik!!
I think one PCC per country is enough....Same with us also, we are currently live in Bangalore but both of us born in different cities, so we went to close by Police Station in Bangalore and got it done from there.
