I have been studying and working in Canada for 13 years, after finishing my military obligation in Korea, i am applying student visa and Embassy said i need police clearance certificate from each country/territories, quoted "
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six
months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate - KNPA with
lapsed records This must be received at this office by: 2019/09/18"
Does this mean that I need police certificate for Canada also? Or just from Korea police dept.?
