How long does PCC has to be valid? My husband did his on 14th December 2010, but I be sending our file by the end of this month? btw my visa office will be New Delhi.

Actually if you read the checklist, it states that it can't be older than 3 months when submitted.

PMM is correct -- PCC cannot be older than 3 months at the time of submission

PMM I dont see in the checklist anywhere if it states how long is PCC valid? So now I am really confuse 3mth or 6mth?

I have a question if I submit by application to missisissauga by the 1st of febuary 2011.which will take around 43-45days approx over there and then will transfer the file to New Delhi for further processing. And the PCC I have was issued on december 14, 2010. So do I need to do it again or not, as i submitted the appilcaiton within 3mths time. I am not sure if that be consider for missisissauga (the processing centre) or new delhi (visa office) - the 3mth time period.

Yes, once your application has been received they will note that a valid police clearance was submitted and forward it on. It won't be a problem.
