Hello,

I have taken Police clearance certificate on 08-Feb-2018. I moved from India to Canada on 08-05-2018.
Now i am applying for PR. Can I use same police clearance certificate for PR application process?

Generally the PCCs are not valid for more than 3 to 6 months, so no you cannot use that PCC unless you were planning on submitting your application within the next 48 hours. if that is not the case, you'd have to apply for a new PCC from your nearest consulate.

Furthermore even if you could use the PCC it wouldn't be accepted based on the fact that there is a gap between the date it was issued and the date you left the country. The PCC needs to cover the entire duration of your stay in the country till you left for Canada on the 8th of May.
