I have applied my EE profile 4 days ago with CRS points 480. I just to know should I apply for Canadian Police clearance certificate right away or should wait until I receive my ITA.

Also, what’s the chances of getting ITA with 480 points under CEC EE?

You'll have an ITA pretty much guaranteed as your score is extremely competitive.

You do not need a Canadian PCC.

Thanks, In that Case should I apply for police clearance certificate from my home country(India)? Please consider that I am going back to India in the last week of February and if I won’t get ITA by that time my PCC will not be valid as I will be visiting India back again after getting PCC.

Honestly there should be a draw tomorrow so I reckon you'll definitely get your ITA before the last week of February.
