Hello ,

I have applied for FSW program and my application has reached CIC, Nova Scotia on Aug 20 2014.

My wife passport is expiring next year Apr 2015 and we are in the process of applying for PCC in India.

When we apply for PCC with old passport , whether it is eligible to be sent to CIO or Do we need to apply for new passport
and then apply for PCC?

Please let me know how to proceed with this.

I think this is not at all a time for you to think about PCC nw. ur application just reached there on aug and it will take 4 months to get file number and another few months to get PCC request. so u might have to take a new passport by that time any way. Even if u apply PCC now its too early and CIC will request for recent one. so wait until your turn will come

Agreed. Either you send pcc with your application. And if not then wait for them to ask you so your pcc is within 3 months before they have them
