police clearance certificate

Need help here please (I did search the forum first)

I am including a police certificate for my wife in a country where she lived more than 6 months while she was older than 18. But this has been long before the past 10 years. so it will not appear in our travels nor any other declaration form etc. Do i need to provide proof that she was there, passport stamps, anything other than the police certificate itself

no, just the police certificate.
