Does anyone know a reputable place that charges less than $35 that I could go to take my fingerprints to send outside of country PCC? I live in Markham, Ontario and been coming up with several in Scarborough but price ranges from $35 to $55 and was wondering what was possibility of paying even less.
Also can someone please advise if I would be required to send passport outside of the country to a representative to apply for a new PCC on my behalf or is it just the fee, two photos and fingerprints, both of which should be notarised by a notary public - lawyer, justice of the peace etc.

I don't live in Ontario, but I can tell you $35 was the minimum anyone charged here. Most places where $60 or more.

For the peace of mind of getting your application completed, $35 is worth it. It's also been the least of my expenses so far. (Medicals $180, X-ray $45, lab work $39. Printer ink... lol $57.)

Thanks. Just didn't have any idea of cost variation as someone said she paid $10 but I assumed that was sometime ago given current quotes received.
