Police Clearance Certificate Requirement - Clarification

Hi

Just starting the process. Need following clarification regarding Police Clearance Certificate:

My stay profile, after the age of 18 (Yr. 1991), is as follows:

1. 1991 ~ 1997 Lahore (City 1 / Home City)
2. 1997 ~ 1998 Chakwal (City 2)
3. 1998 ~ 2004 Karach (City 3)
4. Saudi Arabia
5. UAE

Now, I understand I need PCC from Saudi Arabia and UAE for my periods of stay there.

For Pakistan, do I need only 1 PCC issued from Lahore (Home City) or 3 separate PCCs issued from all 3 cities of stay within Pakistan?

Please advise.

In my case: I have stayed in 3 different cities in India and 4 countries overseas... I submitted only 1 PCC for India...
