Police clearance certificate - PR for my Mother

Hello All -

I have a question regarding my Mother's PR process.

I have applied PR for my Mother under Parents sponsor program. I have received a letter from IRCC yesterday asking below documents for my mother.

1. Police clearance certificate -- How do I get that certificate? My Mom is in India (Andhra Pradesh) now. When I searched online, most of websites/youtube videos suggest that I need to apply via https://portal2.passportindia.gov.in/
Can someone please confirm if this approach is correct?
Did anyone applied for PCC recently for their dependents? If so, how many days it would take to get the PCC?

2. CV/Resume: Since my Mom is Homemaker, shall I mention that in a separate document. or Do we have format or letter that we need to submit? Please advise!

2. Are you sure that there is an instruction for a CV for a sponsored parent? I suggest you check again.

CVs are in fact required as part of this year's parent sponsorship program.
