Police Clearance Certificate (Pakistan) Query

Hello everyone,
Today I went to my local police station to ask for a form and requirements for Police Certifiacte and they said to go to some headquaters, so my question is simply this which police rank person issues the letter of Clearance ? (the DPO or SP etc) or is it made from the intelligence branch?
any help will be appreciated since I'm already late for applying so an urgent reply would be appreciated ~
and please also mention the documents that I should bring with my self overthere and should they be attached by an Govt employ or not? ~

1st go to a private advocate he will give u a note on a stamp paper u have to sign it and then take it to a 17 grade officer who is living in ur area and tell him to write good remarks abt u and put his official stamp on then take it to central police office they will mark it to ur local police station and aftter verification from ur local police statin they will send it back to main office and from there u will get the letter

should I mention anything particular or special on the stamp paper? or just that I want a police certificate for my education, and should I mention the name of the 17 grade officer on the stamp paper or just leave some blank space where he would attach it with his sign and stamp and write a few words about me?

You will need an affidavit mentioning that you do not have any ties with any political party and you do not have any cases against you.. this will be done on a 20rs stamp papers.. get a police certificate forum .. fill it, than get it numbered from headquarters.. than you have to go to ur area's police station, get it signed by Muharrar, than SP.. than from DPO.. bring back to headquarters.. and u'll get ur certificate.. don't forget to bring Passport, NIC and Domicile..

i think jgzy already answered. and u dun need to worry advocates knows wht to write on that stamp paper u juz go to him and ask for police clearance affidavit

Ans YES YES.. don't forget to keep 100 - 600rs with you.. they may ask you for some "CHARGES" .. like I gave 200 rs for computer print
