Police clearance certificate- India- foreign national

I am citizen of Nepal, lived in India from Aug 2009 to Dec 2021. I applied for the PCC from CGI, Toronto and got issued on Aug 2023. But the police clearance certificate covers the period of Aug 2013 to Aug 2023 (10 years from date of issue), not all my period of stay. CGI, Toronto confirms that they only issue PCC for period of last 10 years for foreign nationals. My visa officer asked for the police clearance of India for entire duration of my stay. How can I proceed in this case? Thank you.

Hi, I am also in a similar kind of situation. But I believe you are good, since you are required pcc for last 10 years from countries you stayed. How did you contact CGI directly, I am trying to reach them but finding difficulties?
