Police clearance certificate. Help Needed?

I had applied for Police clearance on Oct 10th 2017. I still haven't received any updates. Consulate tells me they sent the request. My hometown police told me they haven't received anything. I am really at a loss. My BC PNP nominee expires on 6th March. Could someone please help me out?
Is there any other process of getting a PCC?
Consulate is very rude and not helpful at all.
