My wife lived in Dubai during her schooling days for almost 5-6 years and currently a resident of Oman.
So when she went to get her police clearance certificate from UAE, they issued her a police clearance certificate for the last visit visa duration which was last year. they said that would issue a certificate only for the latest visit period and not for the expires resident visa periods.
but the CIC requirement is clearly mentioned if the person lived in a country for more than 6 months since the age of 18 years.
Could anyone who has gone through a similar situation dealing with UAE police clearance kindly help us out.
