Police clearance certificate from Melbourne Australia

Hi All,

I did my Masters from the University of Melbourne in Australia and returned to my home country. Does anybody know the process of getting police clearance from Melbourne Australia for Immigration purposes? I was checking victoria police websites but could not get any clear process of getting PCC for a former foreign student living outside Australia.
