Police clearance certificate from Libya

Dear Members,

I am writing this post to know if any other member of the forum has been successful without PCC libya and was a former resident of Libya. On CIC website, it is mentioned that if we were a former resident of Libya then we are not required to get it. However, I just wanted to know if anybody else experienced it.

Looking for any possible advice.

Just follow the instructions. If it says you're not required to get it, you're not required to get it.
