Hi guys, posting this on behalf of my friend. My friend she is Canadian Citizen working in Canada and she got married in India. Now her husband is staying with her in Canada after marriage since last one month on Tourist Visa and they are filing inland PR application soon.
Question is how can her husband get police clearance certificate ? Can he apply it from Indian embassy in Canada on tourist visa? If not what is the process to apply it from India? Please advice
