My name is Muhammad Kamran. I am from Pakistan and I worked in Chad for exactly a year from December 2009 to Dec 2010. Now that I have applied for Canadian Immigration through their express entry program, I have obtained PCC from all those places where I spent more than six months after having attained the age of 18 years. But, getting PCC from Chad is a big problem that I am facing these days owing to following reasons:-
1. There is neither a Chadian embassy in Pakistan nor a Pakistani Embassy in Chad (though internet reveals some Pakistani Consulate in Chad with its Honorary Consul Mr. Zakaria Ousman to whom I sent many mails but all in vain. This Consulate is fake).
2. It’s been almost eight years since I left Chad and hardly have any friend / acquaintance in Chad who could assist me in getting PCC from there.
3. Travelling to Chad, a country marred with political as well as military issues raise a lot of security concerns; hence travelling to Chad is yet another dilemma. Besides, since there is no Chadian Embassy in Pakistan, where to get the Chadian Visa from?
Is there any way to proceed as I am running out of time to reply the Canadian Immigration Authorities?
