I lived in the USA for four years 2008-2012, I came back to India from USA in 2012.I applied for FBI clearance and received the ) certificate within a month.Due to some personal reason, I never went back to the USA again. now (2017) I am applying for MPNP.Can I use that 4 years old FBI clearance certificate in the MNPN process?
