Hello

I have a unique situation. Please advise!

I'm from India and currently living in the USA. I have an ITA and my 60-day window started.

I have applied for the PCC from Indian embassy and expecting to receive it soon. My issue is that I am visiting India for a month. The EE website states:

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

Since I will be visiting India, will my PCC that i applied now will be invalid? Will it be a problem since the PCC will not be "after" the last time I lived in that country??? The problem is, if i apply for another PCC after i come back from India, I will not have enough time as my 60 will be over.

Thanks, Anybody had similar situation? can we travel in the 60 window after ITA and not have to produce a new PCC?

Apply for a new PCC after your travel to India.
You can upload a LOE or send a CSE explaining the situation. Nothing to worry.
