Police clearance and Medical-Mumbai-Time requirement

How much time does Mumbai police clearance and medical check take? I have 90 days in hand, and I heard its a slow process. Any advice on now to proceed with the same?

Have you renewed your passport recently in the last 6 months or so?? If yes, then you will get the PCC from PSK on the same day of your appointment.
You must book an appointment with either Lilavati Hospital or CDC, Kemps Corner for your medcial exam by calling them up.
