I've sent mail to the FBI on 11/20 for the police clearance certificate, I got the ITA on the Dec 6th Draw so I have 70 days more left to complete my application. But the FBI website says the current processing time for PCC is 14-16 weeks plus the additional time for mail delivery, please see link below.

Has anyone recently applied for USA PCC from FBI? If yes how long did it take? Also how do I contact them to know the status of my application? What do I do if my 90 days time period elapses by the time I receive the PCC?
