Police Check?

In the IMM1344E, Application to Sponsor, it asks about the sponsors criminal records. Does this mean I should be getting a police check and include it in the package or is this something that CIC takes care of?

If i understood your question right. You are the sponsor and you are sponsoring your family.

In this case , sponsor does not need a police check/clearance certificate. Only applicants who are being sponsored need police check.
As a sponsor you just need to answer the questions and sign. That will be enough.
