I thought everything was ok. I sent everything Manila needed. Police checks from several countries around the world. Now Manila is asking for the Australia Police Check AGAIN. I sent it to them. Why are they asking for it again? Now I find that the website to get the police checks is down and I can't get my receipt or another police check.

I have 45 days.

UPDATE:
I found my receipts.

My new question now is can I resend my receipts to the Australian Police and have them redo the check or do I require to pay it again?

Did you reply saying you already sent one in? My wife got a request from Ottawa for a police certificate and we replied that it was in the original application. A few days later we got a reply saying that they found it and they don't need another one. Definitely e-mail them and attach a scan of the receipt.

Okay, I did what you said and emailed them with evidence of my receipts and emails I received from the AFP. I find it so hard that immigration seems to be very disorganized with my husband's file and that they are requesting things that were already sent. Thank you though for the advice.

I'd also recommend you try to get another police check now because there is no guarantee that they will find it or perhaps they want another one anyway even if they do have it. So you are best off making sure you have another police check planned asap.

Not sure how it works with Australia, but I had a similar problem with our Singapore clearance and when i emailed them they sent another one out, I didn't have to pay again.

They did the same with my partner's Australian PCC. We had sent it in separately, after the rest of the application. I emailed to make sure they had received it and London office confirmed that they had it. A few months later, they requested it. I simply replied quoting the email I had received from them months earlier saying they had the PCC. A few days later, I got a reply that was something like "Yes, we have it."

Okay! I will get in contact with APC and get that sorted. Thanks!
I have the receipts so I hope they will just resend it.
