Quick question, my fiance is requesting a police check from Russia for us to start spousal sponsorship application. She has a choice of getting that document in PDF format(electronically) or they can mail it to her. We will have to translate that document as well as it will be in Russian language.
What format do you think will be the best? Hardcopy or PDF(Electronically).
