Hi, guys.
I would like to ask you about police check.

My wife had graduated college and worked for one year in Canada.
We have lived for three years in total.

Now we are staying in South Korea since last January and planning to apply for PR here, too.

I asked how to get police check outside of Canada in Online.

They said that police check which related to PR visa only can be issued by visiting.

I wonder if I have to go to Canada to get it.

Thanks.

It is not clear if you are planning to apply for PR in Canada or Korea. If you are talking about Canadian PR, you do not need a Canadian PCC. You need PCCs for every country you have lived in (for a combined total of 6 months or more) EXCEPT Canada.

If you need the Canadian PCC for something else, the instructions on the IRCC website include info for those applying from outside Canada.
