I was in Ireland from August 2017- Jan 2021. Recently, I came to Canada on study visa. When I create my profile in express entry for PR, I know I have to submit police certs from the countries I have lived in past 10 years.
I obtained PCC from Ireland in Feb 2021 and I can get one from my home country anytime. When I will create my express entry profile in 2024 after completing my degree and gaining 1 year Canadian work experience.Would I need the latest date issued police cert from Ireland ? Coz I would be 3 years in canada by then.
Or can I just submit the Feb 2021 clear PCC.
I have an unpaid loan in Ireland and unfortunately, am not being able to pay. Can someone please help?
