Hi guys, I just have a couple of questions...

My husband and I are filling out the applications for sponsorship and permanent residence. I am a US citizen. Do I need to include my police certificate when I send in my application, or can that be sent in later? Also, he was in a common law relationship for several years? Does he need any proof that the relationship ended? I mean, obviously it's over and we are married. Just curious though.

Police certificate is required from the Principal Applicant (i.e., the person been sponsored).....see checklist for details.
