Police Certificates

I have applied to the Canadian Embassy office in Guatemala for my permanent resident Visa as a Quebec Skilled Worker. My application was received recently on March 14th of 2010. I did not send with the application the Police Certificates because I was still waiting to receive them. Since I lived in Canada and in the U.S. I requested both to the RCMP and the FBI. I have just received the RCMP one and I'm still waiting to receive the FBI one, my question is should I go ahead and send the RCMP Police Certificate right away or should I wait till I get the FBI and send them in both together? Does anyone know if my application will be delayed processing without these two Police Certificates?

Does anyone know if my application will be delayed processing without these two Police Certificates Yes. Since the documents are major requirements.?
