Police Certificates

I have all my documents ready for submission except my police certificate.

It is at least 4 weeks away.

In order to get the clock to start clicking, I want to submit my application first.

My police certificate will be issued AFTER the date of submission of the application.

Can I submit as supporting document when it becomes available? Is this allowed?

If not, can I submit it as soon as CIC issues a request letter for the police certificate? The police certificate would have been issued before the request letter was issued. Is this a problem?

Please advise.

You can submit your application without PCC. Send the PCC later to CIC once it is ready.

Is the Per issued even without a police clearance if all others docs are complete?

No issue with that. It will be valid for a total of 1 year, and therefore a good 9 months when CIC wants it. Getting one after they request is also possible, but one has to hurry (within 60 days), and then anything can happen that might delay.
