Police certificates- in electronical form?

So from what I gather, when submitting police certificates to CiC, this needs to be done electronically online? So how do you work that out practically? Are police certificates issued electronically these days? In the past, I always seem to have received them on paper in the post.

Please can someone advice me on the correct process!? Should i let the police departments know? I am applying for a police certificate from 5 different countries..

Then you follow the requirements of those 5 countries involved..some will be on paper, maybe some not.

Unless you get soft copies of PCCs, you can get them scanned and attach as a single PDF file. Please make sure the PDF file size is not more than 4 MB.

Yes, some countries you can done electronically online like UK police certificate but they will issued and mail on paper to your mailing address.

Note that, you should make all police certificates by multi-page ( PDF merge ), there are free online services that you can use.

Looks like the OP meant that you can apply online but the PC would be sent via mail or post.

I believe they meant to scan and upload electronically once you receive them (as of 6 months ago). I had to submit from US and GR for myself and UK and GR for spouse and both were paper copies scanned and uploaded.
