My wife was in India until 28th August 2017. She then moved to the US with me and we stayed in the US until 18th Feb 2018 (less than 183 days). Obviously, we provided her PCC from India when we applied for PR. Our eligibility date was on 21 March 2021. Going this by date she did not spend 183 days in India or in the US as per the 4 year guideline. And her country of origin would be the US. Does she still have to submit PCC from India?
