I have heared about rejection of PCC due to issue before departure from country?? Is that related to my case?

I can get one from the embassy and it takes from 2 to 3 months :/... So, I should stay in Canada during applying?

I replied to the question (has XXX applied to IRCC before?) with no... I studied for 2 degrees in canada with 2 visas and 2 study permits!! Now I got ITA.. some ppl say the answer to this question should be yes.. is it true? Can I fix this now after ITA or my application will be rejected! I though the question was about immigration and citizinship only related applications as that was the purpose of that section... PLEASE HELP

Simply fix the mistake and you won't have issues. Regarding your other question, yes, you shouldn't visit your home country until you receive the PCC.
