Hello, seeking for advise please. My wife has ordered police certificate from our country of birth where she spent around one year accumulative in a recent 5 years. Her certificate was released to our's country embassy in Toronto and now they are refusing to send it directly to us stating that they will only send it to immigration office. In this case my wife can not sumbit a full package of documents for citizenship as she will miss this particular document. What should we do ? Thank you in advance.
