Police Certificate requested

Hello All,

My student visa file is in process. I have received a request to submit an updated police certificate by August 6th, 2021. The online portal does not give any options to upload a Police certificate.
Is anybody else having the same issue? if so how did you resolve and submit a police certificate.

Send it via webform and indicate that no placeholder was opened on your portal for you to upload it.
