Hi, I submitted my application to PR and included my official translation of police certificate verified by province jurisdiction. I scanned all the translated documents in colour and one of the papers was a B&W copy of the original police cert in the local language but also verified by province jurisdiction like other pages of translations.

Now I am considered that if needed to include the original coloured scan police certificate in my application as well. So far it is been 3 month since I submitted my application and no one reached me out about it, should I be concerned about this. And if I needed to inlclude that in my application how should I do it now that I already submitted my application.

You can check the requirements for Police Certificates on this link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html#s01

What you submitted with your application is the copy of the original included by the translator. This is standard procedure for official translators.
However, if you do not include a scanned copy of the original certificate (in colour, as issued to you), then you risk your application being rejected as 'incomplete'. On the link above, under Police Certificates, check the document requirements. Its states 'Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete'.

If I were you, I would immediately send the scanned copy with a letter of explanation using IRCC's webform.
Good luck.

Thanks for the answer, I am going to send it immediately by webform. I hope this doesn't affect my application.
