Police Certificate Mistake

Hey guys,

I have submitted my application but going through different forums I realized that I might have made a mistake in the "Police Clearance Certificate" because I thought that I needed to show the record of last 10 years only instead of the complete record from age 18.

I am the primary applicant and my PCC covers all my record, luckily because I've lived in the same city since birth. However, my wife used to live in another city from age 18 to 21, and her record doesn't cover those 3 years.

Do you guys think that it can cause a rejection? Also, is there a way I could submit the additional police certificate now, after AOR?

Police certificates are required for any 'country' someone has lived in for 6 months or more since age 18, not for each city.

Well in my case, the police Certificate format shows whatever addresses we provide. Unfortunately, I didn't add my wife's address from the other city.
