That's not my understanding (but I could be wrong)
I understood it to be:
You have to have the PCC issued no earlier than 3 months before you APPLY. But then the pcc itself is valid for a year. so it should be fine for the rest of the application process. Which means cic can take their sweet time after you've submitted to actually check the PCC and it'll be good for the year (if you've submitted it the same month as it having been issued)
I'm Oct applicant effected with global cap issue so Im planning to apply under EE So I was gathering all the documents.
I was from INDIA and I stayed in UK and SWEDEN for more than 6 months . so I need to provide all the PCC . last month Feb I applied all I got recent one from INDIA and UK still SWEDEN one is on the way and I dont know how much more time it take.
I planned like this Since I 've recent INDIA PCC and UK PCC I will attach SWEDEN OLD PCC and I will send it . Since Im only waiting for Sweden ...If they ask in near future I can send the recent one which I already applied and it's posted already...
